I need to increase my body mass to reach my target BMI (body mass index) of 18.5+.?
I understand that I must eat more and have been doing so and that cardio should be minimised. the problem is I want to train for physical fitness as well as increase mass as it is important that standards are met for my entry into the army.

I play softball and i always catch the ball wrong. Now there is pain under my index finger on my hand. Its swelling and bruising. It hurts just to put pressure on it. The pain is like a sharpe sting. What is that bone called and do you think there is something wrong?

Left index finger tingling?
Here's a weird question. The tip of my left index finger gets a slight tingling feeling whenever I'm experiencing an extreme emotion, such as sadness, frustration, arousal, etc. The tingling goes away after a few minutes and doesn't hurt at all. This has been happening for years, so it's nothing new. I just wondered if anyone else experiences this or has any idea why this happens. Thanks

Can you estimate the glycemic index of a food based on the ration of carbohydrate/protein/fat?
For example, if something has 20g carbohydrates, 10g protein, and 10g fat, it appears that the protein and fat balance out the carbohydrates, since protein and fat slow the metabolism of carbohydrates right? . So the GI of this food would be moderate. Whereas something with 5g carbohydrates, 10g protein, and 10g fat would be low, since there is much more protein fat than carbohydrates. Can a method like this be used to estimate glycemic index?

Should I be worried if my two index fingers are tingling like a foot that is asleep?
My index fingers just now started to tingle. They feel like my foot whenever it is asleep. I was just wondering if I should be worried or not. Please help. Is there any way I can help stop this? Thanks guys.

What is this small bump on my index finger?
I notice a small bump perhaps a little bigger than a nat on my left non dominate index finger. I does not hurt, or effect any mobility it is in fact almost unnoticeable. It's just big enough to be seen, and I found it by touch it has a very noticeable feel to it . I do not believe it to be a wart, or cyst. It has no discoloration, and isn't sensitive to touch. It seems like it has a smaller bump along with it just south of the main bump. I don't think it is a danger, but I would like to see if anyone may know what it is and why it is there.

Hi-index or Trivex lenses?
I'll be getting new glasses in a little bit so I hope I get an answer before I leave. I'm nearsighted 5.00 in both eyes . Which is a better value hi index lenses for roughly $130 or Trivex for about $90? If it matters, I'm not looking to buy rimless frames.

Does the cost of high index eyeglass lens go up the higher your prescription is ?

Weird lump/bump between my middle and index finger knuckles... it really hurts?
I have a hard round lump bump between the knuckles of my middle and index finger. It hurts when I put pressure on it, move it right to left, or squeeze using the finger. I have a drs appt to have it checked out in a few days but I was just wondering. Thanks for any help
