16 year old kid, not rich, braces... insurance? his fault?
she had braces before, always wore the retainer.. but her teeth shifted... her orthodontist is such a lazy b stard... ex 1 when she had her braces, one of her bottom backets broke off and did he fix it? no. he said " eh it's fine, trust me it's my job" okay bull? ...2 her teeth were not even straight when we took the braces off. 3 retainer breaks not totally in half, the small like points that go between the teeth he says it's fine.4 my son and daughter tell me that when they went in to get their bands changed, he uses the same tools on everyone without sterilizing them doesn't have it in the plastic wrapping at all. okay, so with that said her teeth seem to be getting worse as so the dentist said as well ... 5k for braces? my car doesn't even cost that much the insurance covered the braces and retainer the first time, but should i really have to pay for another set of braces when HE took them off too early and is too lazy to fix anything? what can we do? unless the guy's a retard, he can clearly see that the teeth are shifting. he choses to ignore it and pretends they're fine. how can i go about filing a complaint with the state? thank you so much for your help

Approve for braces/insurance?
ok so my orthodonist told me i'd have to wait to get approved for braces. like 3 weeks after i was told this, my orthdonist called me and said i was approved but they didn't tell me how much my insurance will pay or i didn't get a letter from my insurance company. then like 2 weeks ago i went in for impressions. they didn't tell me anything after my impressions except that they would call me. ok so my question is does getting approved for braces mean my insurance company will pay for some of the cost? also how long do u think i will have to wait for something else to happen and what will happen next? i want to get my braces so bad i want my teeth will be perfect

Ummm I know this question is a little bit of immature, but anyway my mom is poor to buy me a braces, so yeah. But right now I have really bad TMJ, I have no idea how could I get them? Some people said that someone with TMJ gets braces. I was wondered because my insurance will only cover for braces for a reasons. How can I conviced my orthodist? Here goes.1. If you had x rays taken about 2 years ago, but then go back to the same place, do they give you another x ray, or can they just look at the one from before?2. Does anyone currently have dental insurance AND a dental discount plan, like Aetna? If you do, is the discount plan worth it, and are you even able to get a discounted price if you have insurance, too?3. Adult braces. My teeth are crowded on the bottom, we're talking a rotated tooth and not a lot of room. My top teeth aren't too bad, aside from one tooth that's pushed a little back from the other 2 a little like Jewel . I've heard a lot about the 6 month power braces, as well as Damon brackets, but has anyone actually had them?
