Extremely bad toothache. No dental ins. No job. No $$. HELP!!!?
I have an extremely bad toothache its been here for over a year and is extremely painful and I think I may have an absess. I know for a fact there in an infection. I cannot stand it anymore I am in excrushiating pain. I have no job at the moment, I've been looking everywhere and cannot find a job. I am so broke its not even funny and I have no dental insurance. Any ideas? I am in Californoa, San Diego to be exact.I tried to call the emergency room and they said they couldn't help and they don't do dental stuff then they said to call a doctor.

I have all 4 of my wisdom teeth in, they have been there for about a year, they all 4 came in crooked facing outward towards my jaw. The top 2 are all the way through and the bottom 2 have sat 1 2 way for a year.The problem is, my bottom right wisdom tooth is pressing on my jaw causing sever pain in my jaw, ear and giving me head aches. My top left wisdom tooth is beginning to rot.My husband is a registered dental assistant, no longer as his occupation but he still can tell these need to be extracted immediately.My problem is I have medicaid and they do not cover dental unless it were in an emergency. I am not sure what they consider an emergency and when I call on the back of my medicaid card to find out what they cover it does not have the option on its automated options.I cannot ask my caseworker because she never returns her phone calls. What can I do to find out?In my opinion, OBVIOUSLY this is an emergency because it is causing a great deal of pain. Unfortunately, my opinion won't cover my dental bills.
