I am trying to order a pair of high index progressive sunglasses. R 8.00, L 6.75 My choices are a 1.74 index without polarized lenses with anti reflective coating and tinted. or b 1.67 index with polarized lensesWhat would be a better choice?How does the sunglasses with anti reflective coating and tinted compare with the polarized lenses?Appreciate any responses.

Popped bloodvessel on my index finger knuckle?
In August, I was playing volleyball and i popped the blood vessel right on my knuckle. It still hasnt healed and its february. I asked my doctor, and she gave me absolutely no help..said it might be some sort of vericose but i doubt it. What should I do? It's really gross looking and I want it gone as fast as possible. Its actually distended from my knuckle...ick. Help?

I've got a burn on my index finger........?
I have a burn on my index finger, I have a ring on it aand cant remove it. Now I know that everyone will say go too the hospital etc.... Well I am there waiting to see a Dr. What can I expect they are Gunna do to get the ring off??They've tried softening it up but still no budge The burn itself is a 3rd degree burn and the ring is imbedded into the skin very painful

Painful cuts develop spontaneously on knuckle of right index finger?
Over the past couple years, this condition has developed on my finger always the right index every two or three months. It begins with an intense itching that is not satisfied no matter how much I scratch, then within one or two days of the itching, painful, swollen cuts open up the natural crease lines on the finger and both knuckle joints. The cuts persist for around two or three weeks and then gradually heal. The cuts seem to respond to prescription strength cortisone cream. Until recently I was willing to just put up with this condition because it would always eventually go away. But about two months ago the cuts developed as usual and have persisted for this long and they do not even seem to be responding very well to the cortisone cream this time. I can't seem to find anything on my condition having done casual internet research. Does anyone know what this could be or what could help? It's becoming almost debilitating in that it is painful to wash dishes or do a lot of anything involving my right index finger.Forgot to add also, I rub and rub and rub lotion on my hands and it does nothing for the cuts

Right eye high index lens and left eye medium index lens?
I've made new glasses. because the power and astigmatism of both eyes are different. Right eye being the higher power and left being the lower. The lens for my right eye is a high index lens and the left is medium index lens. power and astigmatism is suited to the eye. will this result in a lazy eye or affect the way and direction my eye focus like towards my nose ? Have a weird bump on my index finger, what could it be?
OK, so unlike others who have asked this on this site, it is completely invisible above the surface. There's no skin irritation, no signs of soreness or any visual determination that it is there.However, I can feel it when I run my finger along it. It doesn't hurt and it has been there for quite a while. Since my last job I left before going back to school, which was 8 months ago.Anyway, the middle joint of the index finger Before the nail, after the knuckle joint has what feels to be a bone lump or something.My opposing index finger is completely smooth and flat.Any ideas? Swollen index fingers, need help finding the cause?
Over the past weeks ive noticed that both my index fingers are slightly red and swollen and they dont bend the full way. They dont hurt unless i try to bend them fully. Neither have any cuts or bruises and i dont remember injuring them in any way in the past months. They have been like this a while now and i need to find out whats wrong with them? Any ideas? Im only 15 years old.the knuckles dont seem to be too red, but at the bend in the middle of the finger they are.
