Where can i find individual dental ppo insurance in tx?
I am looking for individual dental insurance, i want a ppo plan, i have a dentist and i don't want to change. I have done so much research and call so many isurance companies but all they have is discount plans or hmo plans. I don't want either, can anybody help. I've been to so many sites and like i said spent hours and hours on the phone talking to all these companies and am having no luck. I just want the dental and i know that i would have better luck if i combine medical and dental but right not financially that is not an option. any help would be very much appreciated

I am so dissatisfied with the dentists on the Aetna DMO network in Northern Virginia. I have been to so many and each one tells me a different story about my teeth and what needs to be done. I know I have 2 cavities that need to be taken care of asap. I also know that I would need a crown for each of them. The dentists so far have said I need to do '6 root canals', and another dentist says that I have 'half a dozen cavities but no root canals. Today the same dentist tells me I have only 3 cavities and nothing else. Two crowns became 3 crowns within the span of 2 weeks etc...Either these dentists can't read the xrays or they want to rip off the patients. I was told my gums are sensitive and I would need to treat them first before my cavities. I have no bleeding, no pain or any such symptoms that would show sensitive gums. I feel so misled. I want to know how much it would cost for me to buy individual dental insurance. Also if you know a dentist who is genuine, pls let me know tx

I live in Ohio, so obviously it needs to cover us here, I've searched google and there are so many and most are regular health, we have that, we need really good dental with low copays. Primarily one that has pediatric dentists. Thanks for the help we have dental already through my husband's work but it only works in pittsburgh PA he works for a very small company and the closest dentist is 40 minutes away plus we need a pediatric one for our son w autism and our plan doesn't have any. Regular dentist won't take him as a patient even though he's just moderately autistic.

I have impacted wisdom teeth and need them out by this summer at the latest. I don't have any dental insurance and my health insurance expired a few months ago...I'm 16 years old and I need to come up with 2000 dollars somehow.Is there ANY way I can get state dental insurance or something similar?Yeah I know this should be my parents problem...however they are unfortunately irresponsible, so i'm pretty much on my own with this.
